Black Mesa’s inspectors are NMLRB-licensed and Termite & WDO certified, and every one of our five inspectors holds CCPIA commercial certifications. Our environmental technicians are certified in radon, sewer camera, mold, and well & water testing, allowing us to provide full, defensible inspection packages for buyers, property managers, and lenders. We coordinate multi-inspector commercial jobs and communicate actionable next steps so transactions keep moving.

Communication with Clarity: we deliver clear and concise reports within 24 hours of the inspection.
